After years in hibernation, the multi headed monster named Solstorm has awakened again.
Solstorm is the contrast between darkness and light, the beautiful and the ugly, the delicate and the heavy. Solstorm combines heavy riffs, hard drums and walls of noise with tender melodies and soaring instrumental passages – and have been compared to bands such as Isis, Neurosis, Cult of Luna and Jesu, to name a few.
After eight years, Solstorm is finally ready for a new album, titled II – which will be released on October 4th. The culmination of eight years of musical maturing. New thoughts. New times. New members, new collaborations.
EKLIPS is out now on Norwegian label Apollon Records, and is the first single from the massive forthcoming album II.
