HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN A DJ AND WHY?
I have been a DJ for almost five years. Being a DJ is my way of connecting the music with an audience, I have been a music nut since I was a child and I have always enjoyed turning people onto new music. It’s also a great escape from what I do for a career while still promoting my own artists.

WHY DON’T YOU DO PODCASTS OF YOUR SHOWS?
I do play lists so that people that missed my show can check out the music of the bands I played, most all the music I play is available for streaming on some streaming service, YouTube or a bands website. I think it’s important for a music fan that is interested in the music that I play for them, to check out the band and their music, to  support them by purchasing their music going to there shows and telling their friends about the band. You won’t get any of that interaction from a podcast.

WHY DO YOU PREFER VINYL OVER DIGITAL MEDIA?
I think all forms of media have a place, and we all prefer something different for various reasons. For me vinyl is an experience more so than the quality, there will always be people that say vinyl is not as good as digital or vice versa. As for me I do feel that the recording is usually warmer but for me the real joy of vinyl is the interaction with the music that one can never get with digital music. You have to set aside time for vinyl. Just like life there is no skip button. I also love the artwork and all the info, yes bigger can be better.
