The following year the same line-up returned with a 3-track EP, and in some ways it is very much a continuation of where they have been previously, but there is something of an improvement with the final track, “Silent Crying””, where Gunter takes a much more prominent position with some nice laid back keyboards and some soft vocals. This is a slow build as the lengthy introduction is just Gunter and some drums, with the rest of the band only coming in after 90 seconds. It does still suffer with the lack of spark so obvious on the debut album, but the harmony vocals on the chorus are a nice touch and certainly shows some promise. Sadly the other two songs are very much the same as what we had from the debut with performances and songs which are not really up to par. Even the use of an acoustic guitar on the opening title cut do little to lift it. If the band were using this as a stopgap for the label to show how much they had progressed since the debut then it did not achieve those aims.
