As HOP’s Artist and Media Relations Coordinator, Rob Rutz arranges artist interviews, handles scheduling support and designs digital promotions to support of House of Prog’s mission. Earning his radio broadcasting license when he was in 7th grade, Rob leverages nearly 40 years’ experience in on-air and stage performance, public relations direction, promotion management and artist care to the House of Prog staff. Rob is most often heard alongside Marty Dorfman on HOP’s ‘The Waiting Room’ show on Fridays (8 p.m. Eastern).

A frequent traveler and steadfast supporter of the global progressive rock family, Rob often books House of Prog interviews with artists he has known personally for years or has discovered through referrals from veteran artists and fans.

Rob is also a year-round promotional volunteer for the Rites of Spring Festival (RoSfest) held in Gettysburg each May where, on site, he provides assistance to RoSfest executive producer George Roldan.
